What is the basic process for hiring personnel from the Philippines?
The procedure includes:
Submission of the employment application to the competent Regional Authority.
Approval and forwarding of the decision to the Consulate of Greece.
Issuance of AMKA, AFM, and AMA (IKA–EFKA) numbers.
Arrival in Greece and submission of the residence permit application.

What are the basic requirements for the employer?
The employer must meet the following requirements:
Annual income of at least €60,000 per employee.
Provision of accommodation for up to three (3) persons per room, with no mixed-gender arrangements.
Submission of the required documents, such as ID card, passport, and signed declarations.
Provision of meals: at least two (2) per day.
Employment terms (Seasonal or Annual): include the basic salary, vacation allowance, Easter bonus, and Christmas bonus, depending on the employment category.

How long does it take to complete the process?
The entire process can take from 3 to 6 months, depending on the speed of the competent authorities and the availability of the candidates. Hellenic Advisors works to minimize delays and keep the employer informed at every stage.
What happens if the collaboration with the employee does not work out?
In the event that the collaboration is not successful, Hellenic Advisors offers the possibility of replacing the employee at no additional cost, within a predetermined period of time, according to the terms of the contract.
